Plants are the backbone of life on Earth- they purify the air and water, they are food, home and medicine for all living things.

Today one in five plants is on the brink of extinction.

This is an ongoing exploration of the botanical world in the Anthropocene, a time when nothing remains untouched by the results of human activities, our garbage is the new landform and nature is seen as a resource to be exploited until exhaustion. It is a personal journey through wild landscapes, man-made ' nature' , botanical gardens, and a meeting with the people who try to understand and protect the Biosphere. Lately, it is also an exploration of a small piece land that I hope to call home.
